How can I set up an automatic text response for my txtUs number?

Setting up an auto reply is a great way of letting your sender know you have received their message.

If you would like to automatically send a text message back when somebody texts your txtUs number then follow these simple steps.

Within your Message box account, go to the Message control area. Now select your txtUs number and click ‘configure’ in the top panel. Click on the ‘Auto reply by SMS’ tab and make this active by selecting ‘yes’. If you want to use this number as the sender ID then click ‘yes’.
Type in your message (max 160 characters) and click ‘OK’.

You can of course configure any of your numbers this way that you have in your account.
